Cheryl C. Boushka, Director, Sildon Law Group - The Center for Business Strategies, specializes in estate planning and probate work. With an active practice in both Kansas and Missouri, she also handles a broad range of business, real estate, and charitable matters.
Ms. Boushka has written for the Kansas Bar Association Journal and the Kansas Bar Association's Estate Administration Handbook. She has served as President of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association (1998 - 2000), devotes time to legislative and other matters as a member of the Probate Law Advisory Committee of the Kansas Judicial Council, and is currently chairing a study committee of the Missouri Bar Association on Spousal Rights.
In addition to a busy practice and professional associations, she has donated her time and expertise to a number of community organizations, including Children's Mercy Hospital.
Ms. Boushka graduated from St. Mary's of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. and the University of Kansas with a J.D. She practiced with Lathrop & Gage, one of Kansas City's largest law firms, for over twenty-one years before moving her practice to the Sildon Law Group in 2005.
